The nerves of the scalp are (from anterior to posterior):

  1. Supratrochlear
  2. Supraorbital
  3. Zygomaticotemporal
  4. Auriculotemporal
  5. Lesser occipital
  6. Greater occipital

They are all branches of the trigeminal nerve (V1, V1, V2, V3 from anterior), except the lesser and greater occipital nerves which take origin from the posterior rami of the C2 nerve root.
